Shipping policy

We take 1 day of processing time from the moment an order is placed until it is shipped.

Processing time during Saturday and Sunday will default to the next Monday.

We will do our best to get your order ready and shipped on time to you.

Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days from the moment it is shipped. This will vary depending on the recipient location. For example, if your address is near our shipment facility in Florida you should receive it within 1-2 days. If your address is in California it would likely take the full 4 business days for ground regular shipping. We do not ship on weekends. 

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number where you can track where your order is and when it is expected to arrive.

Shipping delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as holidays from shipping suppliers or other unpredictable events such as carrier mistakes or weather conditions. This applies to all carriers USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and others. We are not responsible for delays external to Casas Padel operations.

In-Store Pickup

At the checkout screen, you will have the option to select "Pick-up In store" option.  This will allow you to pick up your orders placed from the selected location.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up.

Processing time for pick-up can take 2-24 hours during weekdays, and up to 2 days on weekends.

We will do our best to have your order ready.
